The Hotel Alarun is a modern conference hotel in Unterschleißheim. In the new garden floor of our hotel, we have four modern conference rooms of different sizes with garden access available for you. The above-average room height and windows with insect screens ensure a bright atmosphere. In addition to free high-speed Wi-Fi, we also offer partial air conditioning, projectors, televisions, flipcharts, pin boards and presentation materials.

If you require additional tools or want tables and chairs to be set up in a certain way, please let us know in good time so that everything is set up to your complete satisfaction when your participants arrive.

The large break area is equipped with its own cafeteria, various standing and seating areas, which allow you to retreat into one-to-one dialogue as well as open communication in groups. In the cafeteria we will prepare a snack for you according to your wishes and have cold drinks available. A fully automatic coffee machine makes it possible to prepare all known coffee specialities.

When the weather is fine, seating areas are available in the garden, which you can incorporate into the conference programme as well as the breaks.
